Eligibility Criteria

B.Ed. Program

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) from a recognized university
  • Minimum 50% marks in graduation (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
  • Final year students awaiting results may also apply

Age Limit:

No upper age limit (as per NCTE norms)

Reserved Categories:

  • • SC: 16% | ST: 9% | OBC: 27%
  • • EWS: 10% | PWD: 3%

D.El.Ed. Program

Academic Qualifications:

  • Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent from recognized board
  • Minimum 50% marks in 12th (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
  • Students appearing in 12th exam may also apply

Age Limit:

17-35 years (relaxation for reserved categories as per JAC norms)

Reserved Categories:

  • • SC: 16% | ST: 9% | OBC: 27%
  • • EWS: 10% | PWD: 3%

Admission Process - Step by Step

Online Registration

Visit our website and click on "Apply Online" button. Fill the registration form with basic details and create your login credentials.

Fill Application Form

Login with your credentials and complete the detailed application form with personal, academic, and contact information.

Upload Documents

Scan and upload all required documents in specified format (JPG/PDF, max 2MB each).

  • • Recent passport-size photograph

  • • Graduation degree/certificate
  • • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • • Aadhar card

Pay Application Fee

Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹500 through online payment gateway.

Submit & Print

Review all details, submit the application form, and download/print the application confirmation.

Entrance Test / Interview

Appear for entrance test or interview as per schedule (5-10 July 2025). Admit card will be sent via email.

Merit list will be published on college website. Selected candidates will be notified via SMS/email.

Visit college with original documents for verification, complete admission formalities, and pay first semester fees.

  • Transfer/Migration certificate
  • Character certificate from last institution
  • Original caste certificate (if claiming reservation)

Important Notes

  • Application Deadline: Applications received after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.
  • Document Authenticity: Submission of fake/forged documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission and legal action.
  • Fee Refund: Application fee is non-refundable. Admission fee refund as per college refund policy only.
  • Reservation Policy: Reservations are as per Government of Jharkhand and NCTE/JAC norms.
  • Merit Basis: Final selection is strictly based on merit in entrance test/interview and availability of seats.
